My focus is: mergers and acquisitions. I advise on a wide range of Australian and cross-border public and private M&A transactions, including share and asset sales, takeovers, schemes, demergers, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations.

A global perspective: I really enjoyed the time I spent working at Linklaters in London. While there, I worked on a number of cross-border transactions that strengthened my deal and project management skills, and reinforced the importance of having strong relationships in finding solutions to our clients' most complex issues.

I love: working collaboratively with my clients on strategic deals.

I'm passionate about?: inclusion, and diversity in all its forms. My role on the inclusion and diversity committee, and the time I spent on secondment with Indigenous organisation Jawun, really cemented my belief that by having greater diversity, you achieve greater outcomes.

If I wasn't a lawyer: I would love to work on an investigative podcast.
