I enjoy: the dynamic nature of working in banking and finance and the challenge of tackling complex and interesting issues in a way that delivers a practical solution for our clients.

On the horizon: alternative debt providers are primed for growth, driven by both the need to plug the gap in demand for leverage in sectors where traditional banks have tightened their requirements, and investors looking at debt as an increasingly attractive asset class. This will bring a change to the Australian debt landscape by introducing new sources of liquidity.
